The Mazda Foundation contributions from 1992 to 2022 total $14.8M. These contributions fund projects in environmental conservation, social welfare, and cross-cultural understanding.

As a responsible corporate citizen, Mazda strongly believes in improving the quality of life in the communities in which we do business. The grants provided by the Foundation are an investment in the communities in which we live, work, and raise our families.

Through the institutions that the Foundation supports, we are helping to provide food for families in need, making investments in children’s educations, and helping to train and develop the workforce of tomorrow.

The programs are a vivid reflection of the spirit and values of Mazda's employees. Many employees have generously donated both their time and talents in support of these and other philanthropic endeavors in their local communities. As a company, we are proud of these accomplishments.

College Track

College Track aims to equip students confronting systemic barriers to earn a bachelor’s degree in pursuit of a life of opportunity, choice, and power. At the core of College Track’s program model is the 10-year commitment they make to each student, from ninth grade through college graduation. Bracken’s Kitchen, in Garden Grove, CA, is committed to rescuing, repurposing and restoring both food and lives through food rescue, culinary training, and community feeding. The Mazda Foundation’s funding supports Bracken’s Kitchen’s Culinary Training Program, which provides at-risk young adults the introductory skills needed for employment in a professional kitchen.
